The Shipping Policy

Orders received during normal business hours of (11am-7pm/CST-Daily) are usually processed and shipped out the same day.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery on Domestic shipping. And 7 to 10 days for International.

*If you request “Signature Required”, someone will need to be present to sign for package. If not your package will be left in your mail box or at your door.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*You are welcome to leave special instructions for your package when placing your order.

*Priority mailing service does include insurance.

* Large Priority Mail Domestic and International limit is 20 pounds. Any orders over this limit the shipping cost will be doubled the price.

*For larger bulk Domestic and International shipping please contact us before placing order.

Raw, Pure & Natural Products Shipping Policy: Hemp Products are not allowed to be shipped outside of the United States.

The Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days only if the product is defective, damaged, or different than ordered. We do not provide returns in any other case.  If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund. If you find out that the product is defective or is different from the specified order, please notify us via email at info@missarlenes.com  within 7 days of receipt. You must state the reason for the return, as well as the order number and product description. Then return the item in its original packaging. After inspection and confirming that the goods are damaged or are different than ordered, we will contact you to provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

Raw, Pure & Natural Products Return Policy: BSO are non-returnable items.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Miss. Arlene’s, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our shop.

Please note that customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out

However: on Damaged or Defective Orders: Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects pictures, emailed to info@missarlenes.com. Once we have received this information, a replacement will be sent to you with 5 to 7 business days.
