[After sometime, it will begin to turn into a gel like substance.] Then place the stove on low heat and allow it to simmer for 5min’s [this is the perfect time to add your desired amount of milk, honey & cinnamon]. Then remove the pot from heat completely.
Step 7: Make sure to closely watch the Sea Moss and stir it frequently to avoid sticking to the bottom of pot or spillage. If you choose not to add anything else but water, once completely boiled and cooled you can also add it to your daily healthy smoothie or meal .
Step 8: Once the Sea Moss have changed its shape, turn off the heat and wait until it is cooled for a few min’s; then enjoy as a warm porridge. Or allow it to cool for longer [or chill in fridge] for a few hours and then enjoy as a sweet jelly custard.
